During the pandemic, ImOn needed to give customers alternatives to in-person internet connections. We developed a kit to walk customers through the process that made it easy for them, even for the tech newbie.

We produced a step-by-step instruction guide and a video with more detailed information. It helped alleviate the bottle necks on installs, boosted sales and gave customers a sense of empowerment. A success across the board.
